I have decided to change my ruling here, even though it's within the league rules I don't want to ruin the league's integrity or effect the long term future of the league, possibly lose the GM & BOD member for this decision.
With that being said for this DL infraction the league will fine the Dodgers $1 Mil in 2024 and the loss of their 2024 Draft pick.
