Jeff any interest fro you or your son to be the Mets co-owner? would be less overall time commitment and responsibility. if so email or PM here on proboards my Yahpp fantasy app not working for long time now. no problem at all btw if a no. thanks for all your years Jeff and what you brought the table and gave of service as well. I am very happy I was the one that brought you in here and you seemed to have many years of fun and entertainment. you also have always been very good to me. thanks buddy

update with my situation for Milt and the board. as I stated prior I will have to have a qualified co-owner this season to stay in the league. I will not half ass it or be only minimal active not in my nature being the fantasy sports animal I am. I have not had the time really to find this co-owner yet. most or all of my fantasy contacts/friends are now older guys who have cut down or are over extended already. especially for a undertaking like cobra baseball. add in the hard timeline/deadlines of events here.
I am not confident this will work out. I will try to come up with some kind of deadline as not to leave you guys in the lurch. hopefully I will get the time and some traction going on it. though even if it comes to fruition there is a distinct possibility I will no longer responsibly be able to continue anyway. tough spot I am in.

Dave I am going open up your team to a replacement GM just in case? I don’t want to try finding a replacement at the last second, would like to get it ready so the new GMs are ready to go before we do the Rookie Draft and open up free agency. I said I am aware of timeline and offered up my own acknowledgement of no intention of leaving you in the lurch. but I did expect some more leeway conserving the seriousness of my situation and my long dedicated tenure here. its not been easy finding a co owner and also I am strapped for available time to do so.

Status update, currently emailing with someone about joining the league and taking over Jeff’s old team which they would move the franchise to Philadelphia and fill the last spot in the National League. I think the only remaining question at this time is Washington back for this season or not? No replies so far, can anyone else reach out to them?
Also if you haven’t already posted your ready to get the offseason started to prepare for the 2024 season please do so now and hopefully I will have a timeline set up for the season?

Like Brad said, feel free to ask any questions you have to help familiarize yourself with things. This league is pretty in-depth and there is a learning curve for sure.
The Yahoo league chat is a great way to ask random questions and get quick responses. Also using the Yahoo PM feature, or here on Proboards, is a good way to dialogue about possible trades.
