I’m holding Franco as long as I can just in case he pays someone off soon…and to stay cap compliant.
Looks like my issue was actually Eury Perez. I put him on the IL today but he was already on there so when I put Perez and Lorenzen on the IL, I should’ve only called up 1 guy. I’m going to place Yamamoto back on NA for the time being.

Is there no Red line for you? Do you not have a moral compass? I have 3 daughters, now adults, and 2 granddaughters. If someone had offered me money to have sex with them when they were 14, I'd be in prison for murder. But, sure, if he could help your fake baseball team, why not?

Worst case scenario, hes guilty and I get a free cut anyways and can send a minors guy down in the time being, no harm. Best case scenario, he's not charged, allowed to come back and I just got an elite baseball player for nothing. But for you to come at me about my morals when this shit doesn't effect me or my little make believe team on a personal level.. nuh uh, ya can gtfo with that.

The only information that has changed from this post of him holding Franco to now.. is that he is practicing at the Rays Dominican complex and that his camp is confident the charges won't be made and he will be back with the Rays this year. He literally just got charged today. They seized over $80K in the mother's house, plus a $36K bank certificate. He also bought the mother a $26K car.
This isn't some he said/she said civil case, this is the DR government bringing charges based on actual evidence that has already been reviewed by a judge in order to set bond and approve the charges.

OK so 8 hours ago when I made the claim.. he wasn't.. and then 6 hours ago when it was posted everywhere that's when you got on here to try to blast me like I have a steady update of Franco news or I live in DR and have the news on.
I made the claim when everything was looking alright, so sue for not hitting refresh every hour on the dude. It's a free drop either way but I'm glad you got to prove how high and mighty you can be.
