I see you added him to the Guaranteed FA won contracts section as a "unsigned contract" type of punishment thing.. but Shawn Armstrong is and has been on Tampa's roster. |

No signing announcement is why. It’s a guaranteed contract and he wasn’t on the roster or was there a replay to my reply and henceforth the penalty. Communication is the key.
