First off my apologies to the BOD and the members of the League for not making this announcement ahead of time.
As Expansion teams they were allowed to add onto their rosters any available Franchise Free Agents in the League, this is a one time shot due to the Draft only giving them an 18 player roster, which is 8 players short of a full 26 player roster.
Normally I would have did the research in advance and their spreadsheet roster would have reflected the franchise players before the Draft and such. Obviously with this all coming together at the last minute made it get overlooked and I should have informed the BOD and the league of this at the time of the expansion and before the draft.
No excuses and I prefer transparency to the league members before hand. Hopefully everyone understands that this wasn't intentional and I will not do it again.
