Uncertain if this is allowed since I was last to drop?
I activated aranda in case but I'll leave him put of lineup to see if pham free agent bid is valid?
Am I allowed to send aranda back down if I bid on free agent to replace McMillon

I guess a couple of questions:
1. Is KC allowed to bid on Pham now since open roster spot with McMillon going to IL, but KC was last team to own Pham in regular season and KC released him.
2. If the bid for Pham is legal, can I keep Aranda on active roster until Pham or another FA is signed and then send back down to MILB roster?
I did add Aranda yesterday after McMillon was sent to IL, but I view him more as a stop gap until another FA can be signed, so I moved him out of lineup before Rays game last night as I didn't want want to be stuck with him on roster, so he has no counting stats in this playoff week.

In this case you can’t bid on Pham since you were the last team to have signed & released him.

After discussion you can not move MiLB players up/down once the playoffs begin to accommidate your roster openings until you sign a free agent. Once you call up a player from Minors they essentially are your replacement for the IL moved player.
