Are we still working on the plan that all (non-expansion) teams must be compliant by midnight tomorrow, 4/14?

Yes all teams must be down to 26 player rosters and Cap Compliant by 11:59 pm est, the only exception is TB & PIT have a waiver this year on being within Cap compliance.
Baltimore is under the floor and if somehow doesn't get to the Floor will be fined $20 Mil for the season to make up the difference.
