.. officially it will start on Monday morning 6 am pst. Tampa Bay is first on the clock Monday morning, but can start the draft at anytime. Once a pick is made the clock starts for the next pick at that time and so on for ever pick the clock will reset for 12 hours for the next team. Any non-league franchise team players that have not registered any stat in MLB is eligible. International player are eligible for the Rookie Draft as long as they are under the age of 25 years old, are not part of a league franchise MiLB or MLB roster. If they do not match any of those criteria's they are ONLY eligible for Free Agency the day after they have accrued an MLB stat. Not the day of their first game played with a stat shown, but the day after they earned an MLB stat.

Good evening all,
I just got home from work and was checking on the Draft status up to this point as I had forgotten my phone at home this morning when I went to work? Toronto didn't have the 7th pick , as Cleveland and the trade with Detroit was canceled by Cleveland once Kris left the League. I had updated the Draft order with the change and apparently had forgotten the original post here on the forum? Toronto drafted out of turn, but what's done is done now. So to compensate the mistake made by Toronto and unfortunately missed by me when discussing this with Toronto I will give Cleveland the 21st and 24 pick to sort of make up for this mistake really by no one's fault at all. Many had a part in this and no single person is at fault really. I'm going to make the changes to both posts in the forum and on the spreadsheet so there's no confusion going forward.
