Where does a new manager that took on an expansion team find Free Agents to fill out roster with? I know we are trying to hurry, and I am on the spreadsheet - but yahoo doesn't have rosters loaded and not sure how to go about finding out who is available as a free agent vs on rosters/MiLB/injured lists etc... I just don't want to hold up progress, but I also don't really have the ability to go through 15 tabs searching if a player is available or not... Is the MLB Player List on the spreadsheet a list of the Free Agents?

Don’t know if this would work for you Milt but you could put some unowned Tampa prospects in as a place holder for the 26 players so you can open the league if it has to be 26 for everyone.

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk I'm going to add TB and PIT MiLB lists as they'll be able to move them to the 19 NA spots in the Yahoo league. So my understanding is I get to add/start Free Agency. As such, I want to add Javier Báez (DET - SS) to my active roster. Please advise how FA bidding works and am I okay to add Baez to my yahoo roster? Second part of the questions is when does FA bidding start for other positions of need?

Yes Javier Baez is your Expansion Draft pick compensation, his salary is his signed MLB contract. |
