Hack, new procedures are as follows .. sperate post for each player. Example is my post of Barry Bonds ..

MLB roster in topic area
This will allow for easier player tracking as the Board Admins can move players to Waivers, Free Agency, Traded to teams, MLB roster, MiLB roster and even Franchise Rights for those MiLB players from your organization that you are not protecting on your MiLB roster any longer(demoted by you).
If you look at my Roster Moves here in both my MiLB and MLB roster moves I have listed each player on my spreadsheet with their current contract information and which roster they are currently on. I can easily have them move with a reply to the player thread and the Admins will make the move here on ProBoards. It doesn't take long to do this and like I said will make it easier to track player movement, I can also update realife player changes to positions available, team or contract details as needed.
