Is there a listing of the Team Waiver Priority? 1-20? Im assuming its from worst to first? Do we stay at whatever that priority is if we are awarded a player? Or do we drop to last?

Stay in priority until it changes during the season.. lower ranked teams will always have first crack at dropped players to give them the best chance to improve

deGrom is injured (in yahoo DTD), do I need to wait until the season starts to put him on IL?

Not unless you send the yahoo blurb or news article stating he's out forever.. then he will go to the IL on your sheet

And do the new teams have top priority now? Thats all Im trying to figure out is whats my teams priority ranking? Thanks |

Thanks Milt, I already created a message on the MLB moves tab putting Alcantara on the 60 day IL and he was moved to the 60 day IL on the spreadsheet

we have 26 active lineup, what will happen to players over the limit? they will just wait until a i have free spot in lineup (for example because i move someone to IL) and then i can move them to active lineup?

Your active roster limit is 26 players. Players who are on IL (not DTD) or on your NA protected list do not count toward the 26. If you have more than 26 active players, you must either cut them or trade them to get down to 26. If a player comes off IL, he must be added back to the active roster, cut, or traded. At no time can you have more than 26 active players. NA protected can stay on the list even if they are active as long as they have less than 130 ABs or 50 IP this season.

On September 1, active rosters expand to 28. You can call up players from the protected list, add players who come off IL, or add free agents you have won.
